Bonnie Thompson

Bonnie Thompson, CPCC, is a certified personal and professional life coach who is devoted to helping individuals achieve fulfillment, balance, and meaning in their lives.

Bonnie has spent almost 15 years studying and researching the genetic trait of the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) as first described and written about by Elaine Aron, Ph.D., in the book The Highly Sensitive Person. As an HSP herself, Bonnie has a unique and deep understanding of the challenges and gifts associated with this trait.

In her quest to provide clients with the tools and skills needed to create a meaningful and satisfying life, Bonnie has undergone the following professional training:

• Trained and certified in the Life Purpose Process© at the Life Purpose Institute
• Completed a rigorous training and certification program at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the largest coach training organization in the world, where she earned the designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC)
• Underwent specialized training with pioneering life coach Laura Berman Fortgang, author of Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction, and is an Authorized Now What?™ Program Facilitator
